By creating an account or using InstaLurk, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
InstaLurk is a web-based service that allows users to anonymously view and download publicly available Instagram content. We only access content that is publicly available on Instagram. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Instagram or Meta Platforms Inc.
You must be at least 13 years old to use InstaLurk. By using the service you confirm you meet this requirement. Users under 18 should have parental consent.
You agree to use InstaLurk only for lawful purposes. You may NOT:
All content downloaded through InstaLurk belongs to the original Instagram creators. InstaLurk does not claim ownership of any downloaded content. You are responsible for ensuring your use of downloaded content complies with applicable copyright law. InstaLurk's own software, design, and branding are owned by InstaLurk and may not be copied or reproduced.
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can cancel anytime from your Billing page and will retain access until the end of your current billing period. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.
We offer refunds within 48 hours of initial purchase if you have not used any paid features. After 48 hours or after using paid features, all sales are final. To request a refund contact support@instalurk.com within 48 hours of purchase.
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience downtime. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service unavailability.
InstaLurk is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will always work perfectly, that all Instagram content will be accessible, or that downloaded content will be of a specific quality. Instagram may change their platform at any time which could affect our service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, InstaLurk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days prior to the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from Settings. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 24 hours.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email at least 7 days before they take effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration rather than court proceedings, except for claims that qualify for small claims court.
