Why it is technically impossible
When an account is set to private, Instagram stops serving its media to anyone who is not an approved follower. The files are not sitting on a public URL waiting to be found. There is no request a third party can make that returns them.
What those sites are really doing
- Human verification loops that never end, earning ad revenue on every click
- Surveys that harvest your email and phone number for resale
- Fake progress bars followed by a paywall
- Credential phishing, asking you to "log in to verify"

If a tool asks for your Instagram password, close the tab. No legitimate service needs your credentials to show you public content, and handing them over is how accounts get taken.
